Cloning everything onto new phone

I am moving to a new phone and want to double check before I nuke the old one. I have 3 files:

1. Import/Export -> Backup Database
2. Settings -> Backup Settings and/or History -> Backup Settings and History
3. Manage Dictionaries -> my user dict -> Backup Database

Is there anything else I need? I've only been using the "Default" scorefile - is that part of the normal flashcard database backup?

That's everything, yes. The one other thing would be to write down your "Registration ID" somewhere in case your purchases don't restore automatically.
