Prevent scrolling off the screen

In most screens, it is currently possible to scroll farther down than the content warrants:

It would be nice to get back the "bouncing stop" feeling at the bottom of the screen once the bottom of the contents is reached.
 
That's a very odd one, not possible on any test devices here... have you turned on any accessibility options on your device? What's your display scale / font size scale set to?
 
My font size scale is unchanged from the default, but I have "Reduce Motion" and "Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions" enabled in Accessibility.
 
Thanks - I'm afraid not managing to reproduce this so far even with those options. Is this only true for settings / configuration screens or do you also see it in places like Search and Organize?
 
Managed to reproduce this on an iPhone X with your flashcard database, so never mind, we have what we need - thanks!
