I'm in Guangzhou and need to buy a handheld -- any handheld -- to run Pleco. Purpose of the handheld would just be to run Pleco, I don't need it for any other reason.
I've read the suggested hardware page, and was going to buy a handheld via Ebay. However considering my location I think it would be less hassle to just buy in person -- but where? Any idea what is available in Guangzhou or Hong Kong or how to buy it without dealing with a contract or other nonsense?
Also, is there any handheld will work on Linux, is a Windows compatible computer required?
