Very confused about paid options

Pleco has "basic bundle", and "professional bundle" which also has dictionaries.

Why would I want the professional bundle? How do I choose?

I like the OCR feature, but if the basic bundle doesn't even have a dictionary, it seems like it's is completely useless.

The Basic Bundle just gives you the same dictionaries from the free app - a lot of people are satisfied with those and don't care about adding others. The additional Professional dictionaries add a lot more words / meanings / information that you don't get in the free ones, not to mention adding dedicated E-C dictionaries versus the more limited English search (finding English words within Chinese entries) that you get with the free ones.
