A just-slightly-updated version of 2.0.3b2 with a fix to enable Instant Access launching from the taskbar icon in Windows Mobile is available here:

If a couple of 6.5 / non-6.5 WM users could try this out and confirm that it fixes / doesn't screw up taskbar Instant Access, we should hopefully be able to get the finished 2.0.3 + cool new dictionary posted at last in a few days.
