You just have to do the following things:
1) install the app into Chrome web browser,
2) backup the apk from your android device, or get it from link on main page
3) follow directions to install apk into the Arc Welder app

All the functions that my hardware has so far, seem to work without issue.
I don't have a camera on the PC I tested it on, but I will put it on a laptop I have and see if camera based OCR will work.
If anyone has a windows 7, or 8/8.1 touchscreen tablet to test this on, report back here what your experience is.
I finally found a easy way to get Pleco on my PC! No more messing with hard to configure VMs that don't work right.
BTW I had tried other VMs ,but they had bugs that would not let me enter the registration code. This one has no such bug!
