I am in book 3 of 6 with the Ledu series and I am already frequently encountering advanced words for both sets of HSK2.0 & 3.0. Currently I am studying HSK4 (2.0 series) words.
Should I add these advanced words manually to study now, as I encounter them, or will doing this create a troublesome duplicate later?
For example:
奔驰 Ben1Chi2 BMW is a (HSK2.0) HSK 6 word, it is not an (HSK 3.0) word.
罢工 ba4gong1 Strike/Go on strike is an (HSK 2.0) and (HSK 3.0) HSK 6 word.
Many HSK 2.0 words carry over into the new HSK 3.0 lists too. How does the flashcard system handle these duplicate entries? I wouldn't want two entries of 罢工 ba4gong1. I will need to study HSK 2.0 and 3.0 words. By the time I take the HSK 6 it will probably be officially using the HSK 3.0 vocabulary. I know it is a long way from now however my coursebook is already introducing HSK7-9 words frequently to me. 80% of the words I don't know tend to be actual HSK2.0 or 3.0 words. There are already new HSK3.0 vocabulary textbooks that have been published for all new levels, however no official textbooks for them.
