Stroke order characters not showing for Kai font

Hello ~

I had to reinstall the beta version, and now the stroke order for the Kai font stopped working. It still works with the song font.
I’m running the latest iOS and pleco versions.

Do you see 'experimental kai stroke order' available to download in "Add-ons" / Features?

I do not, and I'm quite certain I saw it being downloaded when I installed everything again~

Is it in the "Installed" tab? Also, are you using the same Registration ID you used when registering for the beta?

Yes I'm using the same registration ID.

I see the "KaiTi Stroke Order (Experimental)" in the Installed tab~

Maybe a related issue, but i also don’t seem to be able to use the flash card study feature anymore.

Maybe the ID is different, then? Email support with the current ID and we can check and see if it's actually enabled for the beta version.

Only ever had one ID, everything expect these two functions seem to work. I’ll write support an email, thank you for your help ~~

Just got your answer from my support request, everything working as expected, thank you very much!
Apparently I bought pleco twice, just forgot I already bought it back in about 2010 during university and somehow managed to switch the IDs during beta testing...
