Search for same Hanzi, different Pinyin?

The duplicate search filter will return cards with exactly the same Hanzi and Pinyin.
Is there a way to search for cards with same Hanzi but different Pinyin ?

Not at the moment, no - closest you could get would be to sort by headword and then scan.
