Search does not find user dictionary entries

I created a user dictionary today and added a word by editing an existing entry. The entry does not show up in searches, though. I turned on full-text indexing but still no luck. It does not find it by characters, pinyin, or English.

I'm on Pleco 3.2.92 on Android.

That's odd - does it help if you turn full text indexing off and then on again? Are you sure the dictionary is in the correct language (Chinese or English)?

I tried turning the indexing off and on but the entry still does not come up in a search. I'm not sure how to answer the language question, but I did an export and it shows the entry in the order: characters, pinyin, English.

Hmm... and if you tap on the option to browse this user dictionary, does the word appear normally? Can you email me a backup of your user dictionary database?

The entry looks normal to me when I browse the dictionary. I'll email the backup. Thanks!
