Reader: latin + characters

Would it be possible for clipboard reader + pop-up dictionary to recognize combos of latin + hanzi?

For instance, if I have a sentence with "B股" in it - I cannot get the popup dictionary to automatically recognize it. (Also: 卡拉OK, A片儿, etc.)

Recognition of latin could also be helpful in general for things like KTV, etc.

We actually used to support this at one point but intentionally disabled it because it was slowing document segmentation way down for mixed Chinese/English text (e.g. in the Wilkinson manual, Rainbow Bridge books with a bunch of English at the end, etc). We'd like to eventually find a way to bring it back without those performance consequences but I don't know when we'll get to that.
