I emailed a Chinese text file to myself as an attachment but when I opened it on my ipod touch it appeared as gobbledegook and wouldn't load into pleco. Strangely, when I cut and pasted it into the body of the email the ipod read it ok but there seemed to be no way of getting the email text into pleco. any suggestions?

So you tried to open it in the Pleco reader and it came up as gibberish? Tap on the blue (>) icon next to its name in the file list and select a different text encoding and that should fix this - if not, try other encodings and see if any of them work.
