Pop-up definition, editing flashcards bug

Hello Mike,

I think I've found two more bugs:

1. I open a Pop-up definition, switch to the CCC dictionary, tap the "+" button, and the flashcard is saved with that dictionary, but the Pop-up definition returns to the first dictionary. The Pop-up definition should keep the CCC dictionary open until I tap the word again.
   
   
2. I tap the same word for a second time, tap the "+" button, and no matter which other dictionary was active in the Pop-up definition, I cannot update the card's text—the button for it is grayed out.

I have set the "Preferred dictionary" to "first" in the Dictionary order settings.

I’m having the same problem when creating cards ipusing the “+” in reader with popup dictionary, but it’s not every word. Most of the time it defaults back to my first dictionary, but sometimes the card is created with the popup dictionary definition I have open. Not sure what’s driving the difference.

Thanks - I think we’ve got this one fixed for the next beta (which is taking forever because we’re blowing up everyone’s settings and would prefer to only do that once .
