Pleco and Tone Sandhi

Does Pleco account for tone sandhi in all dictionary entries? For instance, the entry on 一 addresses the different ways it can be pronounced, but if I see 一天 it is always displayed as yi1tian1 when it should theoretically always be pronounced yi4tian1 as explained in the first entry (unless I misunderstood it).

This is normal practice in Chinese dictionaries, actually - you should hear audio pronounced correctly with sandhi, but in print the normal behavior is to print the unmodified tone and leave it to the reader to apply sandhi.
