Picture for nouns

What do you think of adding pictures for nouns like, names of fruits, plants, birds, fish, insects, designs etc.
If we just describe all of these in words the user still cannot understand

Reasonable idea but it'd be a LOT of work to implement, and quite expensive to gather/license all of those photos.

what about getting pictures from database like http://www.image-net.org/ and just put reference from?

Well open-source photos like those on Wikipedia might be an option, but still a lot of work to gather / vet them all and there'd probably be a number of important cases where the image was nonexistent or unsuitable and we needed something commercial instead.
