Notification for due flashcards?

`Hi,

maybe I am just blind but I couldn't find a setting to send push notifications when I have flashcards due. I tend to forget this easily and it would be great to be regularly reminded to check up on my flashcards.

Is there a setting for this / something like this planned?

Not at the moment, no. I'd be a little reluctant to add it because there's been so much "notification fatigue" the last few years.

I see, that makes sense. Still, I think I could benefit from notifications - is the way the next due date is calculated public/documented? I already found the sqlite db with the flashcard data, maybe I can write my own little app for notifications if I can calculate the due dates from there.

Yes, it's just (last reviewed date) + (score * 864)

(864 because it's 100 points per day and there are 86400 seconds in a day)
