New, online dictionary comparing Mandarin in Taiwan & China

"An online dictionary featuring the differences between the Mandarin Chinese used in Taiwan and that used in mainland China will be launched next month at the earliest in partial form, President Ma Ying-jeou announced Monday. The dictionary will compare traditional and simplified Chinese characters and also list the different expressions used on the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, as a mark of respect for such differences, Ma said."

Could it be possible to incorporate this upcoming dictionary into the Pleco Software, (Android version)?
