Migrated purchases from iOS to Android

I bought Pleco years ago for my iPod touch, but earlier in the week I finally migrated to my Android phone. I mostly use my Android phone but occasionally I'll go back to my iPod touch and use pleco on there. If I purchase a new add-on on my iPod Touch, can I "migrate again" to get the new purchase over to my Android?

What's the best procedure for this?

Yes - buy it on the iPod and then log on to My Orders and you should see an option to transfer that new purchase to Android.

Hi Mike,

I purchased FLTRP Chinese<>Spanish dictionary through Add-Ons menu on my iPod Touch and have successfully downloaded/installed it. But when I went to My Orders (https://store.pleco.com/orders/orders.html), the Purchased Add-Ons list for Pleco for iOS doesn't show it.

Under "Activate Android Version" it just says:
All of your eligible purchases have already been activated on Android.


Edit: I forgot to mention, but the 12-symbol Registration ID on my iPod Touch is a completely different ID from the one it shows on the Order page, not sure if this is related to the issue but just thought I would bring it up.

"Register" the ID from your iPod Touch in the box on the right side of the page - you should then see the option to activate it on Android.
