Making the Duplicate card dialog go away

Hello Mike,

I believe I've asked the following question already once before, what was the rationale for not allowing users to dismiss the Duplicate card dialog by tapping the background? Like in Pleco 3, Pleco 4 requires the Done button to be pressed, which in my case can inhibit my workflow.

No rationale, I think at one point it was weirdly complicated programming wise but I’m not sure why, will check.
