Is there a big-screen mobile device that can run Pleco?

Dear all

I occasionally tell people about Pleco who later point out that, due to failing eyesight, they would use it if they could have it on a larger screen than on your typical PDAs and Smartphones. Does anyone know of a mobile device that runs Windows Mobile 2003 or later, with a screen approaching the netbook size or significantly bigger than the typical Dell/HP PDA and that would be available in shops or second-hand on eBay?

Thanks in advance

Ben

I was just down at a local computer seller a couple days ago (Harbin China), and he said that there is a netbook that runs Windows Mobile. I was doubting him, but at the time couldn't recall "Windows CE" (the underlying OS for Mobile -- approximately) to refute him, but I did say I thought it wasn't actually Windows "MOBILE", but the base OS, etc. He insisted that it WAS Mobile.

He didn't have any though.

The bad news is that I didn't understand the brand name he quoted, and didn't get it written down. But, I plan on going back there within a week or so to follow up.

I've been thinking of a couple ways to bring along a Pleco install (demo mode) to test on any device I happened across.

See these links: http://www.amazon.com/HTC-X7510-Advantage-Netbook-Cellular/dp/B001CDE2NU and http://www.pocketpc-live.com/top-stories/htc-netbook-is-coming-soon.html which are also discussing this (especially the comments on the second link).

You can do a card install and then Pleco will run from the card anywhere you plug it in.

I will keep that in mind, but currently I don't have any cards, and I only have a Palm device, thus my idea of using a "demo" version to see if things work.

Thanks for that link.
