How to restore DB from backup?

I accidentally deleted a field with definitions from my USR dictionary, so I’d like to restore a DB

I select “Restore from backups” option, navigate to iCloud Pleco folder, but all the backups are grayed out and can’t be selected. Is there a way to restore DB if I have .pqb backups?

Sorry, with a PQB file you would want Import/Export / Restore Database.
