How Often Does PlecoDict Update Add-On Databases?

Searching the 9 August release (current release dated 3 September) of CEDICT for 'ethernet' comes up with a result. The same search through PlecoDict CEDICT comes up short. That said, perhaps the add-on databases need updating. Particularly when modern entries such 'ethernet' are left unavailable to us...

I suppose there's actually an argument to be made for putting up newer databases for the benefit of customers who haven't created flashcards based on them, so we might want to do that along with the finished Pocket PC release (or some other major event of that sort). But there won't be regular updates at least until PlecoDict 1.1 comes out.

Will you guys be releasing tools for the end-user to format add-on databases on their own (ala NJStar and CEDICT)? Would save you guys the trouble of always having to update databases...

We already did; see MakeDict at the bottom of the add-ons page (http://www.pleco.com/dictaddons.html). It's kind of buggy and not very user-friendly, but it does the job.
