Flashcards: is there a trick to create many categories?

For example, If I want:

Book 1
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
...
Chapter x (with x relatively big, x=100 for example)

I have thought to export a .txt file, edit it on my computer and reimport it, but I observe that the (empty) categories are not in the .txt file. For this method, I could use the .xml file ...

Any other method?

Prepend each category name in your text file with two //s; for multiple hierarchical levels, separate each level with a /. For example:

//Book 1/Chapter 1
//Book 1/Chapter 2
//Book 2/Chapter 1
//My Random Vocabulary
