I can't find entries in any of the common dictionaries for some stroke names, e.g., 横折钩.

Do you have any ideas how to make flash cards for stroke names that are missing from the dictionaries?

You can make a custom card pretty easily - Flashcards / Organize Cards / (navigate to your desired category) / New Card.
