Flashcards: Fill-in-the-blank headword (snap)

Hi

I feel like in the new beta I can make a lot more mistakes in the test type headword (snap) with the card still being registered as correct. Has something changed?

Yes, we raised the limit because we were trying to match the level of mistake tolerance of other apps that offer this - does it seem too generous now?

For me yes. It feels like if I don’t now the character I can just start guessing and still get it right.

FWIW, you can customize this value by making a custom test type (in Settings / Flashcards) and setting the 'allowed stroke mistakes' to whatever you like; it defaulted to 1 in the old beta, now it's 3, I'm thinking we should maybe try making it 2

I’m unable to find this setting. Should it be under “More flashcard settings”?
