Does anyone else find that cards are sometimes off by one when using the "repeat incorrect" option?

I'm not sure if I'm describing this clearly, but often when I'm doing flash cards with the "repeat incorrect" option turned on, during the repeats, when I tap the button to open up the dictionary entry, it brings up the entry for the previous card instead. I'm not sure what triggers this, though.

That's an odd one - haven't had any other reports of that as far as I can remember. Any chance it might be something other than the previous card (e.g. another related card)?
