Documentation for 4.0 is probably in the works, but it might be worthwhile adding for the import file format that is documented today:
- empty lines are not allowed, right now pleco4 can't handle that nicely, see attached; this all went away when I removed the empty newlines
- hierarchy in cards can be created as follows, not sure how deep the hierarchy can be though, perhaps noteworthy as well
