Dictionary ordering reverts to default between sessions

I have to reset my dictionary ordering in Manage Dictionaries every time I do a new Pleco session. Is this the case for Pleco running under native Android versions?

(I'm encountering the problem on a Windows 10 PC running Pleco under the Bluestacks Android emulation.)
 
We haven't had any reports of this from any other Android users recently so I'm guessing it's BlueStacks-specific.
