Dictionaries for Regional Dialects?

Has any thought been given to licensing dictionaries for regional mandarin dialects? My in laws are from Shenyang and the expressions they use seem not to appear in any of the dictionaries I have brought (Guifan, ABC, Oxford).

I found a Dongbeihua dictionary:

Possibly, but to be honest we haven't gotten as much interest as we would have liked in our Cantonese-to-Mandarin dictionaries, so we're a little uncertain whether regional Mandarin variations would be popular enough to justify the effort. (would sell a lot better if it were Dongbeihua-to-English, but there are not a lot of people making that sort of stuff in English right now)
