Has anyone been able to use the text-to-speech feature of IOS5 ("speak selection") to output Cantonese sounds ? I've only been able to produce mandarin sounds, by switching my phone to chinese. There doesn't seem to be a way to select Cantonese, which is frustrating because I know the system support Cantonese, since you can select it as one of the languages when enabling VoiceOver mode (which is really meant for blind users).
Has anyone tried this before ? I'd like to use a flashcard app that supports text to speech to pronounce cantonese flashcards.
