Can't see my export file on my computer or phone

When I export my falshcard to my phone everything goes fine. I can see other exports that I have done from Pleco through the software export screen. My issue is when I plug in my phone to my computer to make changes, I can't see the file in windows explorer. I can't even see the file on my phone. I have moved files to the same folder from my computer and see everything fine, I just can't seem to see Pleco's exported files. Please help

Hmm... is there a chance that Windows might be set up to filter out files that it doesn't know how to read? Does it work any better if you move the files some other way, e.g. by uploading them to Dropbox or emailing them to yourself?
