- Added a dialog to activate our free handwriting promotion. (anybody who paid for handwriting - or a bundle containing it - on Android should have already received an email offering a refund - PM or email me if not)
This is a bit of an experiment, but we're hoping that it will simultaneously a) hurt our competitors, b) help our initial download numbers (which were a bit disappointing on iOS), and c) offset the fact that there are a number of free high-quality Chinese handwriting IMEs available in Android Market; we may extend the promotion even past June 30th if it helps to drive sales of other add-ons.

- Fixed a bug that could cause old versions of updated databases to stick around in "Add-ons."
- Made the Uncategorized category un-reorderable in Organize (since it isn't actually possible to reorder it).
- Fixed a bug that caused Pleco to fail to start up correctly when it has no internet connection and the bundle data files have been updated.
- Eliminated the superfluous menu in Card Info.
- Fixed a bug that could prevent "Share" commands in certain apps from coming up in Pleco's document reader correctly (basically whenever the app was sharing a piece of text that happened to contain something that looked like a URL).
- Fixed a bug that could cause the keyboard to be hidden behind the "Welcome to Pleco" message.
- Added an alternate alert when you can't play flashcard audio due to running out of "# of plays" rather than not having configured audio as a "show" field.
