Version 2.2.13, yes.
Strange thing is that, as I said, it doesn't happen all the time but I really can't figure out what triggers the occurrence. When it does happen I hit 'back' then 'strokes' again and more often than not it doesn't happen anymore.

Well we'll keep investigating - it looks like this may actually be an Apple issue since we turn that delete button off in a pretty consistent way, but there could easily be some situation where its status gets reset without our realizing it.
