Highlight tricky words

Hello,
First time poster new and relative Pleco newbie. Apologies if this has already been asked i’m still finding my way around.

Is there a functionality to mark cards that I am struggling with and would like more time with? I use the SRS, but often find a few words just aren’t sticking and i’d like to be able to highlight them for a separate more in-depth review later, eg sentence practice etc.

Does this exist or aren’t there work-arounds? I did wonder whether I could do something using a “low score” search but that’s when I realised I needed guidance from the pro’s!

Sorry for the awful spelling, my phone has developed some weird predictive text and I didn’t spot all the errors

Best way to do that would probably be to add them to an extra category; create a 'struggling words' or whatever category in "Organize Cards," then in New Test / Commands set 'category button default' to that category. Then, during a test, simply tap on the 'triangle' tab button and you'll see a folder icon you can tap on to toggle the card in and out of that category.

(you can later review that list of words in Organize Cards or select it in the New Test screen to do a test specifically on it)

Thankyou, I just tried a test of it, can I just check that when I toggle categories and add it to my newly created “tricky words”, it doesn’t remove it from its existing category, it just adds it to my new one as well, is that correct? Ie. When it no longer is tricky, I can remove it from that category and it will stay in its original category too (in my case often the HSK lists).

Yes, it doesn't remove it from the existing category and it will remain in that category when you add it to the new one or remove it from the new one.
