Creating flashcard from Tuttle dict entry

Hi! I have a trouble with creating flashcards from Tuttle learner's chinese and Tuttle chinese dictionaries. When I'm trying to create a card from this dicts, the app creates card from the ABC dict instead. When I'm creating card from ABC, Pleco or Guifan dicts, it's OK. TCE and TL are on the first and the second places in the list.

Sorry, is this in Anki? We're not able to export flashcards in cleartext from all of our dictionaries, so if you're making Anki cards it'll go through the available dictionaries until it finds one it can export from.

Yes, it's about interaction with Ankidroid. It worked like a clock up to version 3.2.62 and now it is broken, I've upgraded Pleco on my phone today and before upgrade it worked fine. Moreover, when I type on the button "+" second time after adding a card, app crashes. Maybe there are some bugs in the current version, because it is very sad news for me. Interaction with Anki was a "killer feature" for me and I used it a lot.

Sorry, are you saying you could export Tuttle definitions before the recent update? Are you sure? It shouldn't have ever been possible to do that - we didn't change any code relevant to that in 3.2.63 anyway.

Is it 'broken' in any other way besides this crash (which we'll investigate) and Tuttle exports not working?

Yes, I've created hundreds of cards from Tuttle dictionary before, because I love their definitions and examples. Today I've tried to create some and found out, that instead Tuttle cards are created from ABC. I've tested this behaviour on phone with Pleco 3.2.62 and export from Tuttle worked fine. Then I've upgraded app on phone and now it crashes on Tuttle export, but on ABC export works fine.

On my phone Tuttle export craches the app, on my tabblet it simply creates ABC export.

And these were Anki cards? Very odd - I'm checking old and new releases and seeing that the app consistently refuses to make Anki cards from them. Are both devices running 3.2.63 now? And do both have the same dictionaries installed and in the same order in Settings / Manage Dictionaries?

Yes, this were Anki cards. Both devices are running 3.2.63 now. Order is the same. Phone is under Android 5.1.1, tabblet is under 7.1.1.

So, that was a magic and it has stopped?

Yes, seems like it. If you bought those Tuttle dictionaries within the past year, we might be able to give you a refund if you no longer want them without the ability to create cards from them in Anki.

Oh, no, I will continue to use them. I will simply turn to the Pleco flashcard system, maybe it would be better to use one app instead of two. Thank you, Mike, for your attention!

Hello, I'd like to follow up on this topic.
I really like the Tuttle definitions as they are simple and easy to understand for a beginner like me, and I would love to be able to export them as Anki cards. Are there any plans to add this functionality in a future update, or will it never be possible?
