What will happen to my purchase when I change from an android phone to a new iPhone one?

Hi, last year I made a purchase of a Pleco pack on my old Android cell phone. My account is linked with the Gmail (removed).
This year, I intend to buy a new iPhone, and maybe I will register an iCloud account with the old Gmail (removed), I don't know how to restore my purchase. And What will happen to my purchase when I want to change to a new phone?

I removed your email since posting emails in public forums can sometimes lead to getting a lot of spam.

Anyway, all you have to do to transfer your purchases over is copy down the "Registration ID" from the Pleco "Registration" screen on your Android phone, then enter that ID in the same screen on your new iPhone; no emails or logins required.
