unable to make selection after switching app

When i make a selection in pleco, and copy it in another ios app like skype,
and return to Pleco, many times it happens that I am unable to make another selection.
I have then to restart Pleco to solve the problem.

I am running Pleco on an iPad ios 7.1 with just 1 other app opened.

Ah, thanks mikeo . . . Yes, looks familiar, only in my case it happens within the dictionary.
I didn't try it with the reader. Did you discover some solution or improvement in the mean time ?

Yep, known issue - should be fixed in 3.1.4, which would have probably been out a month ago if we weren't stuck in the drudgery of Android porting.

Nothing works every time. I'd guess it's memory-related, since changing font display size will sometimes make problem go away. But the only thing I've found that always works is quitting and restarting pleco.
