Text-to-speech whole Chinese-Chinese definition

Hi, I found TTS works quite decent for the whole CC definitions, but currently there's no easy way to play it. Is it possible to show an button to trigger TTS of the whole definition, or even provide an option to auto start TTS definition after the headword audio.

Haven't had any other requests for this so far, but we can certainly consider an option to add a 'megaphone' button to the popup reader in the definition screen like we have in the document reader.
