Sync outlook and yahoo email accounts

Hi,

I've recently got a Palm treo pro which is running windows mobile 6.1
The problem I have is two fold.
1) My emails disappear after about a week (think this is some basic setting I can't find)
2) I have two accounts - One for my outlook which syncs to my PC and One for yahoo which allows me to download new emails directly to my phone.
However, I really want just one account that will sync to my computer and also alow me to access new emails via 3G. Any ideas?
