Switching to mac

I have moved from PC to Apple, but am haveing a hard time syncing my Sony Clei. I kow it can be done,and done with out any 3rd party software. I downloaded palm desk to, but my computer will not reconized my PDA.Any one can help?

Actually, I'm afraid it can't be done without any 3rd party software (not as far as I know at least) - Sony never released a Clie version of Palm Desktop for Mac, and Palm's own version doesn't support Clie sync. So you'll probably need Missing Sync (http://www.markspace.com/) or another such program to sync your Clie with your Mac.
