Still not fully working after being unlocked

I installed the complete demo, was happy with the capabilities, so i bot the least expensive complete product for $60.

The unlocked program worked (or said it did anyway).

The handwriting recognition tool works okay, but *nothing* else works. I can't look up any word after the letter 'a'; so Pleco's acting like its still in partial demo mode. In fact its saying "DEMO" scrolling down for every category except hand-writing.

Whats going on? this obviously isn't what i paid for.

I tried deleting and reinstalling it now but thats not working either.

Sorry about that. Tap on the second button from the left in the toolbar (the one with "ABC" on it) - that should switch you to the Oxford dictionary and allow you to search for words successfully. The problem is that you purchased the Basic version but installed the Complete demo - some of the dictionaries in the Complete version aren't included in the Basic and hence remained locked even after you purchased the software.

If that doesn't work, try deleting/reinstalling again, but this time install using the "Software with Oxford E&C Dictionary Only" installer (from http://www.pleco.com/palmdownload.html) - do that and then run PDUnlock again and that should certainly give you a fully-unlocked program.
