Reader: Setting line height for EPUBs and text files

It often happens that EPUBs have sub-optimal formatting, like the one below (not because of Pleco). A setting to change/increase the line height might do wonders with TXT and especially some EPUB files. Would that be a possibility for version 4.1? Thanks.

Maybe just an option to ignore all EPUB formatting? (or all EPUB paragraph formatting?)

I would be fine with it ignoring all formatting, giving all titles and paragraphs the default format. That would allow colors to be changed, too. Thanks to the title and paragraph tags (like in basic HTML), the document would still retain enough of its structure.
