Reader feature had problem?

Hi, the Reader feature on my Android device tells me it doesn't work even though I've updated to the latest version, and only shows a white screen. How can I fix this?

What brand / model of device are you using and what version of Android is it running? Also, which app are you doing this in? It's possible that either your phone or that app is simply blocking Pleco from using accessibility services, even if they're enabled correctly.
