re-installation problem

My SD card on my Qtek9100 went funny so had to reformat the card and lost plecodict. Want to re-install the software. I first removed plecodict from my PPC and then re-downloaded the files and keyfile and tried to reisntall it.

Basically I get through the whole process and then at the end it comes up with a message "Installation of Plecodict Oxford E & C dictionary.CAB was unsuccesful"

I added the keyfile as normal and tried to run it but it's not happening.

In Programs there is a plecodict file there but it looks like it is a remnant of the old install as there is no plecodict icon.

Also, if I look at add/remove programs there is no plecodict there to uninstall.

Any suggestions? Feel naked without it!

Actually, that's weird. It went through a process of installation when I removed the PPC from the computer. There appears to have been some partial installation of pleco but when I try to open pleco I get the message "Cannot locate any dictionary files. Please double-check that you've correctly installed the files on your Pocket PC"

Still confused. Is there any way to manually force installation of the dictionaries?

I have some mobile;
and i have same problems;when i try install it appear same error u get it before;
but i did not understand how u can fix it before;
u said install one by one but how and what?files is a .exe so when u run it si only one and u cannot do one by one;
please reply me

Could you be a little more specific about the problems you're having? Exactly what's the error message? Is this a Pocket PC or a Palm? With the Pocket PC version, there should be a list of checkboxes in the first screen of the installer; those are what you want to install one by one, only check one item each time you run through the installer. With the Palm version, you can only install the entire package, but if you give me a better description of the error hopefully we can figure out what's causing it.
