Is IA possible in the actual iPhone release or planed for the next release?

I saw something like IA in the second demo video but it was said that it is unstable and I ask myself if this is just inside the browser or for example also possible when reading sms or similar.

Not possible on a non-jailbroken iPhone, unfortunately - it can work inside of the web browser (though that's an experimental feature at the moment) but there's no way to use it in a separate app, nor will there be unless and until Apple adds an official way for apps to offer it.
