Qiang vs Liang (speech synthesizer add-ons)

I want to add a Mandarin male TTS voice. The description for the above two voices in the Pleco store is identical, so I'm wondering what the difference between them might be. One of the two female TTS voices is described as Taiwanese. Is it that one of the male voices is also Taiwanese?

No, Qiang is just newer - you can listen to samples of each to see which one you prefer the sound of. Qiang has a high-quality version available (download appears after you buy the regular version) so you might want to choose it for that reason but neither one is Taiwanese.

Hello, I have bought and installed both Qiang and Hong TTS, but high-quality of it I cant find. It don't appear in avialable to download Addon section. Please help.
