No Pop-Up Definitions

In version 4.0 I'm not getting any pop-up definitions in either the reader or the dictionary. When I tap on any word it lights up with the light-blue background but then nothing else happens. Same problem on iPad and iPhone. (I submitted a bug report way back in an earlier beta and then switched back to Pleco Classic, but I recently came back to give 4.0 another try and the same problem is still there in the latest beta!) Has something gone wrong somewhere in my settings, or is this some other issue?

Not sure - maybe try backing up your flashcard database and then erase it (which also resets all settings) and see if that gets it to behave? (if so, send us that database backup and we can try to figure out which setting causes the problem)

Okay, I've tried backing up, erasing and restoring, but I'm still having the same issue.
