The report function in the app seems to work only via email. This is probably not the right place, but anyway:

Wrong dict entry > Costco as 好市多

Costco is in fact 开市客 (which has no dict entry)

And while we are at membership shopping sites, Sam's Club is 山姆 or 山姆会员商店 (a Walmart/沃尔玛 company)

Another one is Metro (麦德龙). Seems can't access from outside China.
