Will you be providing end-users a make file for the ADSO database files (indexed.sql and unified.sql)?

Not in the near future, no. ADSO is constantly adding fields and changing the database layout, so maintaining such a file would be almost as much work as releasing database updates ourselves. But it's really not that difficult, regular expressions can seem tricky at first but they get pretty easy once you've spent a little time with them.
