lost my add-on

I've upgrade my device and after reinstalled pleco it came up without my flashcards add-on that i've bout, i dont have any email history from pleco therefor i don't have the REG ID.
i still got the transaction details tho.
i'm hoping to get an quick answer because i didn't got any from the costumer support.

Sorry, we don't seem to have ever received your email. Anyway, if you go into the "Add-ons" screen and tap "Restore Purchases," that should bring back your purchased add-ons.

There is no "Restore Purchases" on my "add-ons" screen.

Sorry, you said in your first post that you still had the transaction details - what sort of details do you have? A receipt of some kind?
